Our experience with arch+tech was excellent in every sense. The most appreciable fact about them is the professional approach in providing timely and efficient consultancy services to the full satisfaction of the clients.
The most challenging part we faced in the initial stage was to arrive at a design solution convincing all the 12 investors and their 24 different ideas. Even though we had approached many architects only Ar. Gini could convince us with her design.
Their approach to design is appreciable as she will listen to the needs of the all the 12 clients personally and try their best to meet each of the needs.
In 2020, our engagement with arch+tech began with design services, which later expanded to encompass comprehensive project management. A dedicated full-time staff member was appointed by arch+tech to oversee this expanded role. The expertise of their team spanned diverse domains, including tendering, cost management, and coordination of various contractors responsible for civil works, finishing touches, and services. This collective proficiency played a pivotal role in steering the project to its successful conclusion. Throughout the project lifecycle, arch+tech provided unwavering support across design, engineering, and supervision, ensuring every aspect was meticulously attended to.
Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the team at arch+tech demonstrated unwavering enthusiasm, sincerity, and dedication, delivering exceptional service that proved instrumental in completing our project within the predetermined time and budgetary parameters in 2023.
